Jennifer Woods is founder and President of The Woods Group, LLC and has been involved in the commercial real estate asset analysis and investments industry for twenty-five years. The Woods Group is focused on providing real estate and investment analysis solutions to corporate, institutional, public-sector and private investment groups.

Ms. Woods holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She also holds a Masters Certificate in Historic Preservation from The Winedale Institute and the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) program through the Department of Interior in Washington, D.C. via the School of Architecture at The University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Woods also holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
